This release adds a new feature: Values and Array Encryption, plus a
lot of improvements and bug fixes:
- Added inline constants and arrays encryption
- Added support for Silverlight 5 Beta XAP packages
- Improved enhanced control flow obfuscation when using encrypted values feature
- Added regular expression to filter dynamic proxy calls
- Added targetAssembly and applyToMembers attributes to XML rules
- General bug fixes (see release notes)
